KLP48 OFFICIAL FANCLUB Membership Terms and Conditions
Before joining the "KLP48 OFFICIAL FANCLUB" (hereinafter referred to as the "Club"), please read the following Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). These Terms include details about the rights and obligations of members. If you do not agree to the Terms, we cannot accept your application for membership. By joining the Club, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Definition of the Organization)
The name of the organization is "KLP48 OFFICIAL FANCLUB" (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization"). The purpose of the Organization is to support the activities of the artist group "KLP48 OFFICIAL FANCLUB" (hereinafter referred to as the "Talent") as the official fan club.
Article 2 (Terms)
These Terms stipulate the fundamental matters of services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by the Secretariat (hereinafter referred to as the "Secretariat") operating the Organization. Separate content usage terms may also constitute part of these Terms.

Chapter 2: Service Usage Agreement
Article 4 (Conclusion of Usage Agreement)

Applicants must meet all the following conditions:

Apply as an individual (not as a corporation)

Agree to these Terms and the membership guide

Not already registered as a member
-
Accept that without internet access, information and benefits may not be received

Use for personal enjoyment only, not commercial purposes

Have not been disqualified as a member in the past

Provide truthful and complete information
-

Applications are deemed made when the applicant agrees to these Terms and submits the application form.

Membership is granted when payment is confirmed and notification is sent via email by the Secretariat.

If underage, guardian consent is required. Basic identity information may be requested to verify this.
Article 5 (Handling of Personal Information)

Purpose of use:

Membership registration

Fee collection
-
Promotional activities (emails, flyers, SNS, etc.)

Responding to inquiries

Service provision
-

Payment processor: GMO Payment Gateway, Inc.

Data may be encrypted and stored remotely for backup or outsourcing purposes.

Providing personal info is voluntary; however, lack of it may limit services.

Members have rights to disclosure, correction, deletion, and refusal of use.

Article 6 (Fees and Membership Term)

Membership is granted upon confirmation of payment.

Monthly membership fees:
-
Entry: ¥550 (tax included)
-
Regular: ¥1,100/month
-
Premium: ¥1,100 + ¥1,650/month

Membership is valid until the end of the month of approval and auto-renews unless cancelled.

One-month grace period after the payment deadline allows renewal.
-
Cancellation is done via My Page; fees are non-refundable.
-
Fees are non-refundable even if membership is revoked.
Article 7 (Notices)

Notifications will be via the official site, email, etc.

The Organization is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect addresses.
-
Notification is deemed complete upon sending.
Article 8 (Change of Member Number)
Member numbers assigned cannot be changed.
Chapter 3: Use of Services
Article 9 (Scope of Use)
Members may use member-exclusive sites and services. Service contents may change without prior notice due to talent circumstances or force majeure.
Article 10 (Prohibited Acts)
Members may not post or act in the following ways:

Defamation or slander

Violations of public order
-
Criminal behavior
-
Posting obscene materials or links
-
Copyright infringement or illegal information
-
False or harmful content
-
Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the Organization
Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All content rights belong to the Organization or rightful owners.

Members may not infringe on those rights.
-
If a violation causes issues, members must resolve it at their own cost and responsibility.
Article 12 (Website Services)

Website services are also governed by other terms by 2.0 Co., Ltd.
-
Services may be suspended due to system maintenance or unavoidable issues.
-
Suspension may be announced five days in advance; in emergencies, prior notice may be skipped.
-
The Organization may restrict service if members violate the Terms.
Chapter 4: Obligations
Article 13 (Obligations of the Secretariat)

Services will be provided faithfully.

Personal data may be shared with subcontractors, talent agencies, or used lawfully.
Article 14 (Member Obligations)

Members must follow all rules and not interfere with the Organization.
-
Member credentials must be managed carefully.
-
Use rights cannot be transferred or lent.
-
Any misuse must be reported immediately.

Members may not:

Transfer credentials
-
Disturb operations
-
Apply with false identity
-
Register multiple accounts
-
Distribute inappropriate or illegal content
-
Defame others
-
Send mass or spam messages
-
Spread viruses
-
Infringe on IP or privacy
-
Use site data without permission
-
Post obscene content or links
-
Conduct business, religious, or political solicitation
-
Resell benefits or tickets
-
Damage the reputation of the Talent or Organization
-
Violate laws, morals, or public customs
-

Members must promptly update their information if it changes.
Chapter 5: Miscellaneous
Article 15 (Disclaimer)

The Organization is not liable in cases of force majeure or unavoidable interruptions.

Changes in the Talent’s affiliation or termination of agreement absolve liability.
-
The Secretariat is not responsible for issues caused by members.
-
The Secretariat does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information.
-
Members are responsible for their own environment and equipment.
Article 16 (Validity and Changes to the Terms)

These Terms become effective when posted on the official website or otherwise notified.
-
The Terms may be changed and will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date.
-
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Article 17 (Forced Termination)
If a member violates the Terms, their membership may be terminated without notice. Fees are non-refundable.
Article 18 (Liability for Damages)

The Secretariat is not liable for damages except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
-
Liability is limited to direct, ordinary damages up to the amount of fees received in the past six months.
Article 19 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes not resolved by the Terms shall be discussed in good faith. Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
Article 20 (Governing Law)
These Terms and the Usage Agreement shall be governed by Japanese law.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall be effective from August 1, 2025.
