The membership procedure is as follows.

3) Click the URL below

4) After the payment is completed, you will receive a "Completion Notice" to your registered "Email Address", and you will be able to view the fan club exclusive content.


【For those who wish to change from free to paid membership】

1) Click the URL below and "LOGIN" with your registered "Email Address" and "Password".

2) After confirming the details, proceed to payment by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button.

3) After the payment is completed, you will receive a "Completion Notice" to your registered "Email Address", and you will be able to view the fan club exclusive content.

How much is the membership fee?

The membership fee is as follows:
Monthly: RM30 (including tax)

What is the validity period of the membership after joining?

(Example)
Membership validity for joining on April 1, 2024:
April 1, 2024 - April 30, 2024

Membership validity for joining on May 23, 2024:
May 23, 2024 - May 31, 2024

(Note) If you wish to "cancel" your membership, it will expire from the date and time the "cancellation process is completed". Please note that refunds will not be provided after joining.

Can I register as a member under a name other than my real name (alias)?

Please register with the same name as shown on your official ID.
If you do not register with your real name, we will not be able to ship the products you purchase, so please be careful.

Are there any email addresses that cannot be used for registration?

Email addresses from 【AOL】【tac-net.ne.jp】【i-younet.ne.jp】 cannot be registered due to special conditions.
If you do not have an email address, please obtain a free email address from services like Gmail or Yahoo.

Is it possible to register multiple memberships as one person?

As a general rule, we request that each person registers only one account.
If multiple accounts are discovered, the site will contact you.

How many types of memberships are available?

There are two types of memberships: "Paid Membership (Fan Club Membership)" and "Free Membership".
Fan Club Members can enjoy paid content.
"Free Members" can receive the latest news and email newsletters (irregular) just by registering the required information.

The "KLP48 Official Website" is produced and operated using a system called CPS.
Therefore, your statement will show the system name CPS or "KLP48 membership fee."

For inquiries about your bill, please contact your credit card company directly.

Can I change the credit card I have registered?
You can edit your information from the "Paid Member Information Inquiry" located on your My Page.
About continuing your subscription
How do I renew my paid membership?

Paid membership renewal procedures will be processed automatically from 15:00 (UTC) on the last day of the month.
If you do not wish to renew your membership, please cancel your subscription from your My Page by 15:00 (UTC) on the last day of the month.

Can I check if my renewal process is complete?

You can check the "Membership Validity Period" from the "Paid Membership Information Inquiry" within My Page.
Please check if the membership validity period has been extended.

About Login
I cannot log in.

The password might be incorrect.
Please proceed from the "Forgot Password?" link at the bottom of the login page to reset your password.
You will need the email address registered on this site to reset your password. Please have it ready in advance.
*You can set a password with 8-16 alphanumeric characters.
*If you do not receive the reset email, please ensure that you can receive emails from the "klp48.my" domain.

About Modifying Registration Information & Cancellation
Can I change my registered email address?

Please change it from the "Confirm/Change Registration Information" section of My Page.

What should I do if my address or phone number changes?

Please change it from the "Confirm/Change Registration Information" section of My Page.
*If there is a change in your address, please update it as soon as possible to avoid undelivered items.
Please note that if items are not delivered due to not updating your address, the re-shipping fee will be at your expense.

Can I change my password?

Please proceed from the "Confirm/Change Registration Information" section of My Page, and then move to "Next" in the "Confirm Change" section.
Enter your new password in the password field and complete the change.

Can I change my registered name?

For name changes, please contact the support center through the "Contact Us (Inquiry)" section of the website.
*For security reasons, changes cannot be made through My Page.
*If you contact the support center for a name change, you will be required to submit an official document with your real name on it. Please prepare it in advance.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by clicking the Cancel Membership button on your My Page.
If you are a paid member (fan club member), please cancel your subscription before cancelling your membership.
In addition, if you cancel your membership during the validity period, your membership fee will not be refunded or reduced. Please note.

  • Applicants who pass the document screening will be notified via email or phone.
  • Selected candidates will need to come to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for offline audition.
Who can join the audition?
  • Female aged 13 - 23
  • Open to all nationality
  • Not affiliated with any company
  • Under 18 applicants require parental consent
  • Available for training after May 2024
Is there a height or weight requirement?
No, there is no height and weight requirement on the application.
Can I apply if I have no experience in vocal music & dancing?
Yes, as long as you have passion for singing and dancing.
Muslim can join the audition?
Yes. All nationalities are welcome.
Is wearing a hijab allowed to join the audition?
Yes.
Can I still apply if I can only speak/communicate in one language?
Yes. All languages are acceptable.
Can I submit the application to audition as a group, not individually?
No, the application is only applicable for individual submission. You can apply separately but not as a group.
Do we need to record both singing and dancing or just one of them?
No, either one or both can be accepted. Recorded videos can be up to 3 minutes long. In addition to uploading videos, URLs of videos posted on other platforms are also acceptable.
Can the singing recording be in any languages?
Yes, you can sing any song at any language
How long does it take to get my results?
Stay tuned to our social media platform for results. Kindly await your results with patience.
How and when will I be notified of the result of acceptance for the audition?
The successful applicants will be notified via email or phone.
Where are the offline interviews held?

All the offline screening will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

  • 2nd Screening - Mid April
  • 3rd Screening - Late April
  • Final Examination - Early May
  • Training Camp - Early May
  • Final Performance Review - Late May

※Selected contestants who are unable to attend will be deemed to have abstained.

Are extra fees covered? (plane tickets, travelling, etc)
All fees are borne by applicants.
Is there any dress code or colour of clothes for the photo?
No specific dress code is required for the audition. Though, the candidate is recommended to present in presentable attire. The photo must include a vertical portrait full-body headshot, taken within the last 3 months. No stickers, filters, or adjustments are allowed on the uploaded image.
