To Our Valued Fans,

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and concern caused by the announcement released by KLP48 Management on 19 December 2025.

During this period, Management and all members have engaged in multiple discussions to ensure mutual understanding and alignment. Through these discussions, we have reaffirmed a strong sense of trust and unity among all members and staff.

Recently, Management issued formal warnings to six members for breaches of KLP48’s internal social media guidelines. Following this, certain messages circulating online have misrepresented the situation and the intentions of the members involved. We wish to clarify that, after conducting a thorough internal investigation prior to the disciplinary action, Management has confirmed that there was no racist or bullying intent whatsoever.

We also acknowledge that this situation was, in part, influenced by Management’s own shortcomings. From the early stages of KLP48, certain Management practices may have been perceived as favouring more experienced members. We take full responsibility for this and sincerely regret any misunderstanding that may have arisen as a result.

To prevent similar incidents in the future, Management is committed to strengthening communication, guidance, and support for all KLP48 members. We will continue to improve our internal processes to ensure fairness, clarity, and mutual respect within the group.

At the same time, Management wishes to state clearly that we will take firm and decisive action to protect our members, staff, and organisation. Legal action will be pursued against any individual found to have:

1. Made or circulated false, misleading, or defamatory statements regarding KLP48 or its members;
2. Incited harassment or hostility toward KLP48 or its members; or
3. Unlawfully disclosed or contributed to the leakage of confidential or private information belonging to KLP48 or its members.

Such actions constitute serious violations of the law and contractual obligations, and will be addressed accordingly without hesitation.

Moving forward, we will continue reviewing our organisational structure and strengthening our operations to ensure that KLP48 grows in a healthy, positive, and transparent environment.
