We would like to inform all fans who have requested a refund for the Cocoa Meet & Greet session and made payment via credit or debit card that we are unable to process a card reversal due to the time limit imposed by the payment gateway service provider.

As such, all eligible refunds will be made via direct bank transfer instead.

Some fans have not yet provided their contact or bank details. If you are one of them, please email us at stephany@48ent.my with the following information:

1. Name (as per NRIC/Passport)

2. Mobile phone number

3. Bank name and account number

4. Refund amount

5. Digital copy of the sales receipt and card payment slip

Fans who no longer have their sales receipt or payment slip are still encouraged to contact us so we can assist accordingly.
