We would like to sincerely apologise to all fans regarding the issues that occurred during the online booking process for the “520 Dinner with KLP48 Members” event.
We organised this exclusive event with the intention of giving back to our fans, especially after receiving very positive feedback following the Buka Puasa Dinner event in March. It deeply saddens us to know that our mistakes in handling the online booking process caused inconvenience, frustration, and disappointment to the very people we wanted to celebrate.

We take this matter very seriously. We have already conducted a thorough internal review to pinpoint exactly where our coordination fell short. We are fixing our internal processes to make sure this never happens again.
Refund Process for Affected Fans
For those who have made payment but were unfortunately unable to secure a seat, we will facilitate a complete and prompt refund for your transaction - please email us at stephany@48ent.my .
We are deeply grateful for your support for KLP48, and we feel terrible that we fell short of your expectations this time. We will do better.
